CEOTR is a group of diverse and highly qualified technicians that supports research across Atlantic Canada. CEOTR is supported primarily by the Ocean Frontier Institute and the Ocean Tracking Network but also conducts fee-for-service work for investigators within private industry, government and academia. CEOTR manages the largest and most active oceanographic glider group in Canada, and their clients include academic, researchers, government agencies, and private industry.
