Reporting to the Program Manager, Test & Validate, the Program Analyst provides integrated analytical and decision support across a complex portfolio of programs. Working closely with the Manager and stakeholder partners, the role combines business analysis and program coordination, developing executive briefs, decision decks and governance artifacts, while ensuring accurate data, structured insights, and alignment with program scope, milestones, and funding requirements. The role plays a critical function in monitoring performance, identifying risks and variances, and strengthening overall program communication, visibility and control.
