When submitting this Form, you must attach all information and documents necessary for supporting your selection above, including, as applicable: articles of incorporation or other constituting documents, proof of registration in a corporate registry of one of the Atlantic Canadian provinces, resolution of members, confirmation of principal place of business, principal office or campus and any other documents confirming legal status and eligibility above.
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to complete all required sections accurately and to provide sufficiently detailed and legible information and documentation for supporting the application, to enable the Challenge jury to evaluate it against the eligibility and evaluation criteria. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected.
