- We anticipate repeating your tech demonstration twice during the event

Join us on June 5, 2024, for COVE Demo Day – the premier event for on-water demonstrations of the latest marine technology innovations. COVE Demo Day features interactive and engaging demonstrations from world-leading marine technology innovators, all on-site at COVE’s facility in Dartmouth.

Showcase Stage - Demonstration Fee: $750.00 CAD
Blue Stage - Demonstration Fee: $650.00 CAD
- This stage allows select demonstrations to utilize our floating docks to showcase your innovative technology toward a bleacher-seated audience
- Select companies will be given a specific timeframe during the day to give their presentation
- Guests will be situated on land, seated in bleachers facing the floating docks. Guests will also be able to access the floating docks between sessions to meet with you directly and ask questions.
- Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
- Included equipment:
- Water space to present technology
- AV equipment with microphone for presentation
- Standard 120v power, wifi provided
- Admission for two team members with lunch provided
- COVE will work with you individually to try to assist with additional requirements needed
Innovation Stage - Demonstration Fee: $500.00 CAD
- This stage allows for select companies that do not have technology available for display due to travel, or other reasons, and wish to present in an indoor facility event space with a high quality video or slide presentation
- Select companies will be given a specific timeframe during the day to give their presentation, and space will be available to meet with attendees for further discussions throughout the day
- Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
- Included equipment:
- Podium, two microphones and PA speaker
- Laptop connectivity available
- Standard 120v power, wifi provided
- Admission for two team members with lunch provided
- COVE will work with you individually to try to assist with additional requirements needed
Tech Alleys - Demonstration Fee: $500.00 CAD
- These outdoor tents will feature a designated sheltered table-top demonstration space (10’ wide x 8’ deep) for selected companies
- Presentations will be set up for the duration of the day to showcase technologies and meet with attendees
- Attendees will be able to freely move about within this location to meet with demonstrators at their convenience
- Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
- Included equipment:
- One 6 ft. table with black linen, with two chairs
- One standard 120v power outlet, wifi provided
- Admission for two team members with lunch provided
- Additional equipment (including monitors) to be supplied by demonstrator
The Bays
- Reserved for COVE tenant companies to use their bay space to demonstrate

Space is limited in some locations, and we will work with your organization to ensure we can maximize your exposure and meet your specific requirements. If you wish for a tabletop display and a space on the Showcase, Blue or Innovation Stage, please indicate so in your application.
EQUIPMENT:
Equipment provided per stage is listed above. If partnering with a vessel is required to execute your on-water demonstration, please indicate so in your application. If alternate power supply is required, please also indicate below. Any additional equipment will need to be self-provided.
Please note: There will not be any live camera-feed captured during this event, above or below water. The demonstration will be visible to the audience from the viewing areas.
