Loggerhead is an uncrewed system composed of three robotic systems – a large uncrewed underwater vehicle (UUV), a light work-class ROV, and manipulators. HonuWorx’s cloud-edge communication and control software, PlazTron, is the backbone behind Loggerhead, which allows rapid integration of partner robotics technologies. In operations, PlazTron connects geographically distributed human stakeholders to the operation, allowing them to see data, collaborate, supervise and control robotic systems that are beyond line-of-sight.
