SHOWCASE STAGE

Demonstration Fee: $750.00

• The on-water showcase stage along the marginal wharves will feature select demonstrations that offer large-scale views of your innovation at work utilizing the marginal wharves and harbour space as required
• There will be limited time slots available for these demonstrations and are expected to be for technologies requiring vessel assistance or technologies requiring full harbour access
• We anticipate repeating your tech demonstration twice during the event
• Guests will be situated on land alongside the marginal wharf and finger pier
• Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
• Included equipment:
  • Water space to present technology (with vessel as required)
  • AV equipment with microphone and podium for presentation
  • Standard 120v power, wifi provided
  • Safety teams, as required
  • Admission for two team members with lunch provided
  • COVE will work with you individually to try to assist with additional requirements needed

BLUE STAGE

Demonstration Fee: $650.00

• This stage offers select demonstrations the opportunity to showcase their innovative technology on our floating docks, directly in front of an audience of industry experts, potential partners, and stakeholders.
• Select companies will be given a specific timeframe during the day to give their presentation
• Guests will be able to view demonstrations from land and on the floating docks. Between sessions, guests are encouraged to visit the floating docks to meet with you directly and ask questions about your technology.
• Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
• Included equipment:
  • Water space to present technology
  • AV equipment with microphone for presentation
  • Standard 120v power, wifi provided
  • Admission for two team members with lunch provided
  • COVE will work with you individually to try to assist with additional requirements needed

INNOVATION STAGE

Demonstration Fee: $500.00

• This stage allows for select companies that do not have technology available for display due to travel, or other reasons, and wish to present in an indoor facility event space with a high quality video or slide presentation
• Select companies will be given a specific timeframe during the day to give their presentation, and space will be available to meet with attendees for further discussions throughout the day
• Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
• Included equipment:
  • Podium, two microphones and PA speaker
  • Laptop connectivity available
  • Standard 120v power, wifi provided
  • Admission for two team members with lunch provided
  • COVE will work with you individually to try to assist with additional requirements needed

TECH ALLEYS

Demonstration Fee: $500.00

• These outdoor tents will feature a designated sheltered table-top demonstration space for selected companies
• Presentations will be set up for the duration of the day to showcase technologies and meet with attendees
• Attendees will be able to freely move about within this location to meet with demonstrators at their convenience
• Your demonstration will be promoted on our website, through social media posts, and in our physical event brochure
• Included equipment:
  • One 6 ft. table with black linen, with two chairs
  • One standard 120v power outlet, wifi provided
  • Admission for two team members with lunch provided
  • Additional equipment (including monitors) to be supplied by demonstrator
