Mark Jollymore, Chair

President, Innovasea Systems, Inc.

Mark Jollymore is the President of Innovasea Systems, Inc., a company focused on technology solutions for responsible and sustainable use of our planet’s aquatic resources. Prior to Innovasea, Mark was President and CEO of Amirix Systems, whose Vemco brand is the world leader in the acoustic fish tracking market space. During Mark’s seven years as CEO of Amirix, the company grew rapidly, expanded into new markets, and ultimately came to the attention of Innovasea Systems, which acquired Amirix in 2017.

Now heavily immersed in the marine sector, Mark started his professional career in the aerospace sector, working predominantly for Litton Industries and Lockheed Martin in the design and aircraft testing of electronic warfare systems. Mark holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University. Mark is an enthusiastic supporter of youth engagement in technology, particularly through MakerSpace initiatives.
