RAdm Josée Kurtz has an accomplished career, having served on HMCS Vancouver, HMCS Ville de Québec, and HMCS Halifax. She played a key role in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts in Haiti and held the position of Commander for the NATO Standing Maritime Group. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s degree in Defence Studies from the Royal Military College, and a graduate of the National Security Programme at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto.
