About the Program
This 16-week paid internship connects post-secondary students in Nova Scotia with innovative marine-sector employers. Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility
To apply, you must:

Be actively enrolled in a post-secondary program during the internship period.

Be a motivated, collaborative self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
Note: Most placements are best suited for students in their second year or higher, depending on required skill levels.
Key Dates
- January 26, 2026 – Intern applications open
- February 11, 2026 – Deadline for intern applications
- February & March – Application review and interviews.
- Note: interviews will be ongoing based on the individual company’s needs.
- May 4 to August 21, 2026 – Intern placement with host companies
