MetOcean Data Systems and JouBeh Technologies will merge to create metOcean telematics. The merger will bring together two well established and innovative organizations with considerable global reach. Collectively, metOcean telematics will be positioned to provide complete end-to-end telematics services — with a focus on niche MetOcean solutions and custom Defence & Security products.

MetOcean Data Systems develops and manufactures state-of-the-art data acquisition and telemetry systems. JouBeh’s business ranges across numerous industries and market sectors; including marine, environmental, aviation and SCADA.
metOcean telematics corporate headquarters, including the research & development and production facility shall be located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. The merger will be e ective January 1, 2017.
