Industry Canada has launched the new IRB Investment Framework, the last of seven policy enhancements announced in 2009.
The Investment Framework is a new IRB crediting tool to encourage IRB Obligors to make long-term investments in Canadian small- and medium-sized businesses, in innovation-related areas involving R&D and commercialization activities.
