The International Waves Workshop has a long history as the pre-eminent gathering of ocean waves researchers. Noting the increasingly important role waves play as a significant element in coastal and shoreline stability, in 2017 the conference was expanded to include the related areas of Storm Surge and Coastal Hazards.
We are delighted that the University of Melbourne will host this important event in 2019 in Melbourne, Australia.
