From April 25th to May 20th, the Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security (IDEaS) Corrosion Detection in Ships (CDIS) – Sandbox will be hosted at COVE to test and demonstrate innovative solutions to improve Canada’s defence capabilities. IDEaS is the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) access to innovation program.

Join us on April 28th to hear from Eric Fournier, Director General at IDEaS, and Ryan Glendinning, Lead Corrosion Scientist at the Department of National Defence.

Ryan will share details on the challenge and need for a Sandbox, while Eric will speak to how the IDEaS program supports the development of solutions, the various funding streams available to innovators and the exciting upcoming challenges.
